Siau Fong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malaya in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020. She began her legal career at one of Malaysia’s leading full-service law firms, where she specialised in dispute resolution. During this time, she handled a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes across diverse sectors, including banking and finance, property development and management, real estate, manufacturing, and logistics. Her dedication and exceptional performance led to her progression from a trainee associate to a senior associate.

Driven by a commitment to continuous professional growth and a desire to expand her expertise in the corporate sector, she transitioned into a corporate legal role with Abdullah Chan & Co in January 2025.

At Abdullah Chan & Co, Siau Fong is involved in corporate advisory work, and due diligence exercises, including IPO exercises. She also assists in numerous regulatory and compliance matters, as well as domestic and cross-border transactions spanning diverse industries, including IT, telecommunications, manufacturing, education, and oil & gas.
