Ru Xuan graduated with First Class Honours from Multimedia University in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.

She began her legal career as a pupil in the area of civil litigation.  During her pupillage, she had the opportunity to attend hearings in chambers for foreclosure matters (to obtain orders for sale and to enforce such orders) and was also involved in other matters, such as debt recovery, corporate rescue mechanisms, landlord and tenant disputes, and employment matters.

She joined our firm in January 2024 and began her legal journey as a conveyancing and corporate lawyer.  Since then, she has been involved in the drafting of agreements (e.g., sale and purchase agreement, deed of assignment of tenancies, tenancy agreement, deed of gift and shares sale agreement), the completion of a sale and purchase agreement, the conduct of due diligence on a target company, sale of land by tender, licence application, and research.
