Confidentiality

• We regard client confidentiality as a matter of paramount importance.
• We will not disclose any confidential information or knowledge obtained in the course of acting for our clients to any third party, unless compelled by law to do so.
• In matters involving sensitive information, access will be restricted to a limited number of partners on a strictly need-to-know basis.
• All client documents and information, whether in softcopy or hardcopy, are maintained in a secure environment.
• Access to our office premises is controlled by an electronic pass system, which records the name and time of entry and exit of each individual.
• Confidentiality provisions are incorporated into all employment agreements for our lawyers, staff, and paralegals. In addition, all our lawyers are bound by statutory confidentiality obligations under the Legal Profession Act 1976.
