Izhani Khairina Nor Azam is an Associate of Abdullah Chan & Co. Izhani graduated from the University of Malaya and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of High Court in August 2022.

Izhani began her legal career as a litigation pupil and further extended her career as a corporate lawyer in Abdullah Chan & Co.

Throughout her legal career in litigation practice, she has assisted in many transactions which includes litigation matters such as bankruptcy and winding up, general litigation and execution proceedings including seizure and sale. Izhani has also been directly involved in hire purchase transactions.

On the corporate side, Izhani has also been directly involved in assisting partners in corporate works including a corporate debt sale exercise, mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, hostile takeover and defence, advisory works in relation to regulatory and licenses requirements in Malaysia and built to suit transaction. 

In addition, Izhani has also been directly involved in assisting with Aviation and Aerospace related works which includes advisory in relation to the aviation hull and liability insurance, advisory on the applicability of the Capetown Convention in aviation sector in Malaysia and advisory in relation to aerospace regulatory and policy matter. Izhani Khairina is also actively involved in the sale, leasing and financing of aircrafts transactions including reviewing various contracts within the Malaysian framework.

Izhani Khairina was also the judge for the semi-final rounds of the International Cape Town Convention Moot Court Competition 2023.
