Biography

Nur Izzah Suhailah Mohammad Said is an Associate at Abdullah Chan & Co. She graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.


She began her legal career as a pupil under the Corporate Finance and Securities Department at Zaid Ibrahim & Co., where she was involved in a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, structured warrants, and corporate restructuring involving public listed corporations.

At Abdullah Chan & Co., Nur Izzah has focused her practice on aviation and aerospace law, advising on regulatory compliance and reviewing aviation-related contracts within the Malaysian legal framework. She has also assisted in general corporate matters, including drafting company constitutions and shareholders’ agreements, and advising on corporate governance issues such as related party transactions, conflict of interest protocols, and statutory compliance. In addition, she has assisted in initial public offering (IPO) transactions, including the preparation of documentation and regulatory submissions to the Securities Commission Malaysia.
