Biography

Nurhanissa Nylia is an associate of Abdullah Chan & Co. Nurhanissa graduated from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, in 2020 and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2023. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2025.

She commenced her pupillage at a prominent Malaysian firm within the Corporate Department, where she gained foundational experience in corporate and commercial legal practice. Her pupillage primarily focused on legal advisory matters involving employment, licensing, and banking, while also providing her with exposure to litigation and corporate real estate transactions.

Currently, at Abdullah Chan & Co, Nurhanissa continues to develop her practice in corporate advisory, financial regulatory, capital markets and real estate, as well as general corporate matters.
