• Advised Philip Morris International, on its compliance policies and programme under the Malaysian tobacco regulations and laws.

• Advised Petra Perdana Berhad on its vessel construction agreements for 2 offshore support vessels with Nam Cheong Shipyard.

• Advised Evergreen Lines on its proposed acquisition of vessels in Malaysia.

• Advised a leading Malaysian GLC on its joint venture for one of four regional licences in the world in the business of logistics aggregation and security.

• Advised a Malaysian regulatory agency on its first revocation of a banking licence held by an Australian entity, carried out pursuant to Malaysian offshore laws.

• Advised a Malaysian GLC on its joint venture for a re-insurance business in Malaysia.

• Advised a leading Malaysian GLC on its worldwide re-takaful joint venture operating out of DIFC.

• Advised a Malaysian Government company on its acquisition of Malaysian licences for 7 regional and international franchises.

• Advised TL Offshore Sdn Bhd on a proposed claim against ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc. for incurred costs of re-laying a new section of a pipeline under a frame contract.

• Advised TL Offshore Sdn Bhd on a proposed claim against ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc. for interim demobilisation and mobilisation of LTS3000 under a frame contract.

• Advised a Mauritius special purpose vehicle in its acquisition of palm oil operations in India from Malaysian and Indian companies.

• Advised on and drafted template Franchise Agreements for the ‘Chatime’ and ‘Kyochon’ franchises in Malaysia for registration with the Malaysian Registrar of Franchises.

• Advised on and drafted various commercial contracts for, inter alia, Hershey (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Sony (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
