Lim Xin Jie is an associate of Abdullah Chan & Co. Xin Jie graduated from the Multimedia University, Malaysia, and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2023.
Xin Jie commenced her pupillage at a reputable Malaysian law firm in its debt capital markets department, where she was involved in due diligence exercises and regulatory compliance matters relating to debt capital market transactions. Following her admission to the Bar, she joined another firm, focusing on corporate real estate. Her experience includes handling sale and purchase transactions, tenancy matters, joint development agreements and other general real estate matters.
At Abdullah Chan & Co, Xin Jie focuses her practice on corporate commercial transaction, capital markets, regulatory compliance and general advisory work.
