• Advised Pfizer Inc. as Malaysian counsel on its US$15.9 Billion world-wide disposal of its consumer health business to Johnson & Johnson.

• Advised Pfizer Inc. as Malaysian counsel on its US$450 Million world-wide disposal of its surgical ophthalmic business to Advanced Medical Optics.

• Advised Eastman Kodak Company as Malaysian counsel on its US$2.4 Billion world-wide disposal of its health business to Onex Healthcare Holdings Inc.

• Advised Medi Innovation Group of Malaysia on the RM280 Million cross border mergers and acquisitions between the HealthTrends Group and Astique Group of Singapore and Hong Kong and Medi Innovation Group of Malaysia and the related group restructuring and issue of redeemable convertible loan stocks and preference shares to fund the mergers and acquisitions.

• Advised Duopharma Biotech Berhad on its listing on the Main Board of the Malaysian stock exchange.

• Advised the controlling shareholders of a medical centre on the sale of a minority stake to selected financial investors.

• Advised the controlling shareholders of a managed healthcare company on the sale of the company to a Government linked investment company.

• Advised Bumrungrad International Ltd. on its proposed acquisition of a medical centre in Malaysia, and on its acquisition and subsequent disposal of Asia Renal Care Ltd’s Malaysian subsidiaries who are providers of dialysis and related services.

• Advised Genzyme Corporation on the establishment of its Malaysian subsidiary and drug registrations.
