  • Acting as transaction counsel for the borrower, in a facility for the cross-border purchase and operations of one (1) Dassault Falcon 8X aircraft where the primary security for the facility is a mortgage over the aircraft (Ongoing).


  • Advising a Malaysian company in relation to the financing of Bombardier Global 5000 Aircraft with Sabah Development Bank for the Term Loan Facility of up to RM121,500,000 (Ongoing).


  • Advised a syndicate of lenders led by Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad on a RM1.1 billion project financing of a ferrosilicon smelting plant in the Samalaju Industrial Park, Sarawak.


  • Advised Standard Chartered Bank Singapore on its US$115.0 Million Islamic Murabahah Facility to Baitak Asian Real Estate Fund I (Labuan) Limited, Kuwait Finance House and Pacific Star Investments Singapore to fund the Kuala Lumpur Pavillion project secured against inter alia Islamic Qardhul Hasan Loans.


  • Advised Maybank Berhad on the RM175.0 Million Syndicated Term Loan and Bridging Finance to Paramount Corporation Berhad for acquisition of land and construction of Kemuning Utama new housing township.


  • Advised Danaharta Managers Sdn Bhd a government linked debt restructuring agency on the sale of loan accounts and receivables by way of tender bid.


  • Advised TNB Engineering Corporation Sdn Bhd in its AED87 million contract financing for work done for ‘Manazel New City’ project in Abu Dhabi.


  • Advised BNP Paribas Najmah, Labuan on its Kafalah documentation for an offshore financing out of Labuan.


  • Advised Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ on its Kafalah documentation.


  • Acted as Malaysian Law Counsel to a foreign financier providing Pre-Delivery Payment (PDP) financing to a Malaysian commercial air operator.


  • Acted as Malaysian counsel for Lenders in relation to a Pre-Delivery Payment Financing as well as the financing for the aircraft purchase, to a Malaysian listed entity, in relation to the proposed purchase of a new private jet.


  • Acted as Malaysian counsel for Lenders in relation to the financing of a used private jet.


  • Advised a Malaysian helicopter operator on a syndicated financing facility for its new fleet of aircraft.


  • Advised a Malaysian entity on the proposed discharge of existing security and termination of existing facility, to enable the Malaysian company to enter into a sale of its private jet.


  • Advising a Malaysian operator on the proposed global re-financing and new financing for its proposed new fleet of aircraft.
